About the Company
Appliance Dealers Cooperative (ADC) is a dealer-owned, not-for-profit buying group with more than 200 independent appliance retailer members spanning 14 states. Founded more than 50 years ago, ADC gives independent retailers access to over $3 billion in collective purchasing power, enabling competitive pricing, exclusive manufacturer rebates, and centralized warehouse and shipping programs. Membership also includes tools for digital advertising, point-of-sale systems, and vendor ordering, giving independent dealers the operational resources typically available only to much larger chains.
Overview
HomeSource Systems has maintained a long-standing partnership with ADC and was selected to design and develop a new custom website built around the cooperative’s operational structure and member-facing needs. The goal was a digital presence that clearly communicated ADC’s programs, supported active member engagement, and reflected the organization’s scale and 50-year track record in the appliance industry. The finished site serves as both a member resource hub and a primary channel for prospective appliance dealer recruitment.
Web Design and Development
The project began with a thorough consultation to understand how ADC members interact with the cooperative and what information prospective members need to evaluate joining. The resulting site features a modern, structured interface with navigation organized across ADC’s core program areas: warehouse and shipping services, digital advertising tools, vendor ordering, point-of-sale systems, and rebate programs.
A looping warehouse video on the homepage communicates the scale of ADC’s inventory and fulfillment infrastructure, giving both members and prospects a direct look at the cooperative’s operational capacity. The member portal provides secure, dedicated access to program resources and account information for existing members.
The site was built for full mobile responsiveness with a focus on accessibility and page performance. HomeSource continues to provide hosting, maintenance, and ongoing platform support to keep the site current as ADC’s programs and membership evolve.
